GENERAL WELLNESS
Individual Consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of diet, nutrition status, history of dieting, medical history, weight and Body Composition Analysis. Together with the client we develop an individualized program to achieve nutrition and weight loss goals. Journaling as a self monitoring tool, is stressed throughout the program. The Initial Consultation takes about an hour.
Follow up visits are designed to provide ongoing education and support, to monitor progress and set and evaluate health goals. Follow up visits takes about 30 minutes.

Follow up visits are provided in a group setting. Ongoing education and group support helps to empower and keep clients motivated. Monitor progress and set and evaluate goals.
