OPTIFAST® Meal Replacement Programs



The OPTIFAST® Full Meal Replacement Program is one of the fastest ways to lose weight safely. The weight loss formula replaces your current diet with meal replacement shakes, soups and nutrition bars to help control portion size and total caloric intake. 

The program is designed for people who are 50 lbs or more over weight or have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30. The Program integrates medical, nutritional, and behavioral elements to achieve lasting weight loss.

If your lifestyle prevents you from establishing regular meal times or you live alone and hate cooking, or do not want the hassle of deciding what to eat, if you still want to be able to enjoy one meal with the family, then a partial program is right for you.
The program combines traditional foods with calorie and portion controlled OPTIFAST® meals (shakes, soups and nutrition bars). You can expect to lose 1-3 pounds per week.  
You will learn how to make healthy food choices, manage portions, and make lifestyle changes so that you can maintain your weight loss. Ongoing monitoring and support is important to help you learn about nutrition, exercise and behavior change. This enables you to develop the tools needed for weight loss maintenance.

Food cost is usually less than what you spend at the grocery store or for dining out.
